BY THE COURT :
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file the representation before the respondents in the light of the grievances raised by the petitioner in the petition.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is directed that the representation, if made by the petitioner, shall be decided by the respondents as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
With this direction, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. By this
order, the stay application also stands dismissed.
