1 . In the instant petition, the petitioners have sought direction
against the respondents o decide the representations made by them from time to time. It is submitted by the learned counsel Mr. Dinesh Yadav for the petitioners that his purpose would be served if the concerned respondent is directed to decide the representations (Annexures-3 & 7) of the petitioners.
2 . Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the respondent No.5 is directed to decide the representations annexed to the petition at Annexures-3 & 7 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
3 . With the said direction, the petition stands disposed of. By this order, the stay application also stands disposed of.
