Mr. Bharat Shrimali, for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order impugned passed by the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer, pending before the District Collector, Bikaner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.
