By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has questioned the legality of order dated 21.11.14 passed by the competent authority under the PCPNDT Act, whereby the registration granted to the petitioner to operate Sonography Centre stands suspended for a period of two months.
Learned Additional Government Counsel submits that the order impugned was appealed against by the petitioner before the Appellate Authority, which stands allowed vide order date 20.1.15 and therefore, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
A copy of the order dated 20.1.15 produced by the learned Additional Government Counsel is taken on record.
In this view of the subsequent event noticed as above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
