By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents not to debar him from contesting the elections of Panchayati Raj Institution on account of having more than two children in terms of the provisions of Section 19 (l) of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
The elections of the Panchayati Raj Institution have already been held and in this view of the matter, the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
