Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Government of Rajasthan by an order dated 19.02.2015 has clarified that the Running Pay Band and Grade Pay prescribed for new recruitees in Schedule–I of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 under the Section 'C' (ii) at S.No. 7 shall be applicable only for those Stenographers who have been recruited on or after 12.09.2008.
In light of the clarification aforesaid, we are of
the view that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to settle the case of the petitioner in accordance with the clarification dated 19.02.2015 referred above.
The issue with regard to recovery of the amount said to be paid in excess shall also be considered as per the clarification made.
The writ petition stands disposed of,
accordingly.
