The prayer in the present petition is to allow the petitioners to continue on their respective post and not be replaced by similar set of employees.
Similar writ petition being SB Civil Writ Petition No.5615/2014 (Muzaffar Hussain & ors. vs. State of Raj. & ors.) was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2015 with the following directions :
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue during the pendency of the Scheme and shall not be replaced by

similar set of employees, in case they are found covered with the same order dated 24.03.2015 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No.5615/2014. However, the said order shall not come in the way of the respondents to appoint additional staff, if so required.
