S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 1205/2014 & OTHER CONNECTED MATTERS

These writ petition have been filed by the petitioners with the grievance that the respondents are not taking any action against the persons/parties, who are raising illegal construction on the acquired land for development of Prathviraj Nagar Scheme.

Mr. Mahendra Goyal, learned counsel for the respondentJaipur Development Authority has submitted that the petitioners have not impleaded concerned persons/parties as respondents in the writ petitions, even then, they may be required to approach competent authority of Jaipur Development Authority for redressal of their grievances.

In view of above, writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach competent authority of Jaipur Development Authority for redressal of their grievances. If the grievances of the petitioner still subsist, they will also be at liberty to approach Jaipur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur for redressal thereof.
