The petitioner was allowed to participate in the selection Test held on 17th February, 2013 for appointment to the post of Medical Officer (Dental) as an interim measure vide order dated 15th February, 2013.
Learned counsel for the petitioner was called upon to complete his instructions in the back drop of statement made on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner participated in the selection process has been declared unsuccessful, as would be reflected from the order-sheet drawn on 16th January, 2015.
Mr. Sanjeev Singhal, appearing on behalf of the Staterespondent No.1 and 3, submits that the petitioner, having failed in the selection process, is not entitled to any relief in the instant writ application, any therefore, the writ application has become infructuous.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has not controverted the statement made.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for having become infructuous.
