Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Mukesh & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.7196/2014), decided on 16.10.2014.
Issue notice.
Dr.Pratishtha Dave, Additional Government Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that in case, the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Mukesh & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (supra), they have no objection, if the present petition is disposed of in the same terms.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment rendered in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.7196/2014 (Mukesh & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), decided on 16.10.2014, the present petition is disposed of in the same terms.
