Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make representation to the respondents in the light of the contentions raised in the
present petition.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is directed that the representation, if any made by the petitioner shall be decided by the respondents as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court, if his representation is decided against him.
With the said direction, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. By this order, the stay application also stands dismissed.
