This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the grievance that the respondents are not taking any action against the persons/parties, who are raising illegal construction on the acquired land for development of Prathviraj Nagar Scheme.
The petitioner has not impleaded concerned persons/parties as respondents in the writ petition, therefore, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach competent authority of Jaipur Development Authority for redressal of his grievances. If the grievances of the petitioner still subsist, he will be at liberty to approach Jaipur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur for redressal thereof.
Stay application stands disposed of.
