This Court was pleased to issue notice for final disposal of writ petition to the respondents on 14.1.2013. The writ petition, then came up before the Court for final disposal on 26.9.2013, 25.10.2013, 09.12.2013, 29.1.2014, 14.2.2014, 04.3.2014, 04.4.2014, 18.4.2014, 26.5.2014 and 03.4.2015 but no care was taken to pursue the writ petition and no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner..
Shri V.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing before us failed to satisfy as to why on earlier occasions the case remained un-represented.
Looking to the nature of case and also the conduct of the petitioner by not getting his representation in the matter, we are having all doubts about the fact that whether the writ petition is in the public interest or not.
Looking to this position, this writ petition is dismissed.
