Learned counsel prays for disposal of this writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondents in the light of the judgment of this court in the case of Pawan Kumar Bardiya & ors versus State of Rajasthan & anr, SB Civil Writ Petition No.8046/2008, decided on 18.8.2011. The representation aforesaid may be considered by the respondents in the light of the judgment supra.
In view of the limited prayer, writ petition is disposed of with liberty sought for. In case of representation along with the copy of the judgment supra, respondents are directed to consider the same in the light of the directions given in the judgment supra if it applies to the facts of this case.
