Learned counsel prays for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondents in the light of the judgment of this court in the case of Arun Choudhary & Ors. Vs. State & Ors., decided on 11th August, 2014. The representation aforesaid may be considered by the respondents in the light of the judgment (supra).
In view of the limited prayer, writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. In case of representation, respondents are directed to consider the same in the light of the directions given in the judgment (supra), if it applies to the facts of this case.
