The prayer in the present writ petition is for grant of salary to the petitioners at the minimum of the pay prescribed for the post of Constable in the Police Department without any running pay scale, allowance etc.
The controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by the ratio of judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Ishwar Singh & ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4663/2012) decided on 12.03.2015 . This Court is bound by its own order.
In view of the above, the present petition is also disposed of in the same terms as S.B. Civil writ Petition No. 4663/2012 (Ishwar Singh & ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & ors.) decided on 12.03.2015.
