This is fifth bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 35/2012, Police Station Bhadesar, District Chittorgarh for the offence under Section 8/15 of N.D.P.S. Act.
It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is at the fag end.
Thus, this Court does not deem it proper to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.
