ultimately passed judgment dated 13.05.2011. When the petitioners were not handed over possession of the disputed land and no action has been taken, they submitted an application before SDO, Nadoti to give possession of land in question along with police help, who wrote a letter to Tehsildar to take action within seven days and inform him accordingly. It is submitted that Dev Chand and Gangadhar on one hand challenged the initial allotment order dated 19.09.1970 and on the other hand filed appeals against the judgment dated 13.052011 before the Assistant Collector, Karauli. The Assistant Collector dismissed the appeals and the Tehsildar, Karauli has been directed to dispossess the encroachers from the disputed land. It is contended that when the petitioners were not allowed to cultivate the land, they lodged FIR No. 297/2014 at Police Station Nadoti, District Karauli, but no action was taken. The petitioner continuously submitted representations before the District Collector, Karauli, SDO, Karauli and other local authorities. The District Collector directed the Tehsildar, Nadoti to take action, but the Tehsildar instead of dispossessing the encraochers further forwarded the letter of Collector to concerned ILR as well as Patwari Halka, Dehria stating that needful be done after taking police help. The petitioners again approached the Assistant District Collector, Nadoti, who again vide letter dated 16.04.2015 directed the Tehsildar, Nadoti to enquire into the matter and make compliance of earlier orders. The petitioners also registered their complaint on State Government's web portal “Rajasthan Sampark” vide complaint No. 0615078475031 dated 06.06.2015, but even then nothing has been done with regard to redressal of grievance of the petitioners.
