This Civil Misc. Transfer Application has been filed with the following prayer:-
“It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this transfer petition may kindly be allowed and the case No. 75/2014 Padam chand Versus Neetu Maurya & Anr. filed by the respondent before Family Court No.1, Jaipur may kindly be transferred to the Family Court, Jodhpur to secure the end of justice.
Any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts & circumstances of the case, may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.”
I have heard the petitioner no.1 as well as respondent, who are present in person.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that case No.75/2014 titled Padam Chand Versus Neetu Maurya & Anr. pending before Family Court No.1, Jaipur should be transferred to Family Court, Jodhpur. Hence, I order accordingly.
However, the Family Court, Jodhpur is directed to give the same date in this matter, which are given in other cases pending between the parties.
The Civil Misc. Transfer Petition as also the stay application, both stand disposed of accordingly.
