Mr. Mohit Gupta, for the appellant.
Learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Mohit Gupta has not pressed this appeal on merits, only prayer has been made by him that Six months time may kindly be granted to the appellant to vacate the suit premises. Therefore, this appeal is being decided in the following terms:-
- (1) The appellant is directed to file an undertaking on oath before this court within 15 days from today to the effect that he shall handover the vacant and peacefull possession of the suit premises to the respondent on or before 15/01/2016.
