Mohan Lal Vs State of Rajasthan and Anr.

Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the accusedpetitioner praying interalia that a direction be issued to the respondents to conduct fair, proper, impartial and expeditious investigation in a case arising out of F.I.R. bearing No.103/2015, registered at Police Station Harsora, District Alwar for offences punishable under Sections 147, 447 and 504 IPC.

The learned Deputy Government Advocate for the State, to allay the apprehension of the complainant/petitioner, at the out set, has submitted that not only fair investigation shall be conducted, but after verification of previous investigation in supervision

of Superintendent of Police, Alwar, the report of investigation, along with the opinion of the Investigating Officer shall be submitted in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by the Investigating Officer.

The learned counsel appearing for the complainant/ petitioner submitted that the present petition may be disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned Deputy Government Advocate for the State.
