With consent of the parties, writ petitions have been heard
finally.
It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that subsequent to filing of the writ petitions, an order was issued on 1.10.2014. As per the order aforesaid, now, engagement of persons on contract basis would be made directly and not through placement agency. In view of above, the writ petitions to challenge the order dated 29.4.2014 have become infructuous.

It is also submitted that due payment has already been made to
the petitioners thus even the aforesaid grievance no more survives.
In view of the statement made by learned Government Counsel,
learned counsel for petitioners has shown satisfaction.
In view of the subsequent order by the State Government and payment of due amount of salary, all these writ petitions have become infructuous thus they are disposed of.
