Heard learned counsel for the parties.
On consideration of submissions made on behalf of the
respective parties and the material made available for my perusal and more particularly in view of the fact that no specific allegations about the threat of any kind has been attributed to the father of the petitioner No.1 or any other family member in the petition as well as in the representation filed before the Superintendent of Police, Alwar and also the fact that statement of petitioner has already been recorded by the police, I do not find it a fit case in which any kind of protection is required to be provided to the petitioners.
Consequently, the criminal writ petition being meritless is, hereby, dismissed. The stay application also stands dismissed.
