Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present misc. petition with liberty to file documents in support of his defence before the Investigation Officer and direction to the Investigation Officer to consider the documents and to proceed for further investigation after considering the documents filed by the petitioner.
Permission is granted.
With the aforesaid liberty and direction, the misc. petition is
dismissed as withdrawn.
