This is the third bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.149/2011, Police Station Bagdi Nagar, District Pali for the offence under Sections 8/15, 29 of the NDPS Act.
No ground for bail is made out.
However, vide order dated 04.02.2014, a direction was issued to the trial court to expedite the trial. It is stated that only two witnesses have been examined.
In view of the above, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and complete the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from today. The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
