appellant/defendant, states at Bar that the appellant has repaid the entire loan amount to the respondent bank and thus has satisfied the money decree granted in favour of respondent Canara Bank. He further submitted that in this respect a No Objection Certificate has been issued by the respondent/decree holder Bank. He has produced the copy of the NOC dated 13.03.2014 issued by the Bank. Counsel for the appellant, therefore, does not want to press this appeal. The photostat copy of the communication dated 13.03.2014 is taken on record.
