The petitioner is alleging disobedience of the order dated 21.03.2014 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.4469/2013 wherein while disposing of the writ petition, directions were issued to the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order within three months.
In the reply filed by the respondents, it is submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and decided by the competent authority vide order dated 13.01.2015 which has also been communicated to the petitioner.
In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner has been decided and he is satisfied that the order dated 20.03.2014 has been complied with, the contempt petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, it shall, of course, be open to the petitioner to challenge the decision taken by the competent authority in appropriate proceedings.
