The present application has been filed seeking restoration of the writ petition being No.4712/ 2014, which was dismissed on account of the peremptory order passed by the Court on 29.05.2014.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and to the contents of the application, the present application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/ - (rupees one thousand) to be deposited with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur. The petition be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost as directed. The application is allowed accordingly.
