The learned counsel Mr. Ram Pratap Saini for the petitioners have fairly stated that similar controversy as raised in the present petition has
been settled by the Coordinate Bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.19395/2013, Anil Yadav & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. decided on 6/8/2014 , in which similar matters have been dismissed, and therefore
the present petition be dismissed.
In view of the said submission, the petition is dismissed. By this order,
the stay application and other pending applications if any, also stand dismissed.
