This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer that the respondents be directed to award bonus marks to the petitioner of the deleted questions of both the papers and if otherwise he is found successful, he may be given appointment on the post of Accountant/Jr. Accountant in pursuance of the advertisement dated 6.9.2011.
It is contended that petitioner has appeared in the examination for the post of Accountant and Junior Accountant in pursuance of the advertisement dated 6.9.2011. The result of the examination was declared, but pursuant to the judgement of this Court, the question papers were re‐examined and in revised result petitioner got 126.19 marks in Paper I and 225.13 in Paper‐2. Petitioner came to know that in revised result, 14 questions of paper‐I and 9 questions of paper‐2 were deleted, which have been correctly answered by the petitioner. Had they

been not deleted, petitioner might be selected.
Having regard to the facts aforestated, the petitioner is required to make a representation to the Secretary, RPSC, who shall consider the case of the petitioner, if the process of selection is not finalised and decide the same within two months from the date of its making by a speaking order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
