Information Act, the Public Information Officer, College Education, Rajasthan, Jaipur, vide letter dated 16.09.2011, has intimated to the petitioner that there is no provision under the Rules of 2010 for appointment of a candidate working on non-aided post. Contention of petitioner is that she has been working against sanctioned and aided post of Lecturer (Home Science) after due selection, however, grant-in-aid was not received by the respondent no.3 College. The petitioner is thus entitled to be considered for appointment on the post Lecturer (Home Science) in terms of Rules of 2010, as she has been working against sanctioned and aided post, which was converted from non-aided to aided post in place of one aided post of Lecturer in Sociology subject. Earlier the petitioner was working against sanctioned aided post as Lecturer in Home Science subject in Saraswati Girls College, Hanumangarh after her appointment vide order dated 18.07.1990 (Annexure-1) and joining on 21.07.1990, and, while working on that post, she was appointed on the post of Lecturer in respondent college after her selection by duly constituted selection committee and her appointment was approved by the affiliating University vide letter dated 31.12.1997 (Annexure-8). She worked at Saraswati Girls College, Hanumangarh till 13.01.1998. She joined the new post on 14.01.1998 and since then she has been continuously working.
