The petitioner, in the instant writ application, projected a challenge to the annexures-6, 10, 11 and 12 as well as to the determination arrived at by the Non-Government Educational Institutions Tribunal, Jaipur (herein after referred to as the 'Tribunal', for short), vide judgment and order dated 26th April, 1997, whereby the Tribunal dismissing the appeal of the petitioner, recorded a finding to the effect that she failed to make out a case for interference while questioning the promotion of Mrs. D.P.Jerath , PGT, (Psychology), Saint Soldier Public School, Jaipur.
During pendency of the writ proceedings, the counsel for the petitioner expired. This Court on 19th

February, 2013, issued notice to the petitioner to make alternative arrangements for her representation before the Court in the writ proceedings pending. The notice issued has been returned unserved, with the report of the process server to the effect that the petitioner is not residing at the given address, at present, and another person namely Mr.A.K.Pant was in possession of the residential premises, as detailed out in the address of the petitioner.
It appears that with the efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
In view of the above, the writ proceedings are hereby closed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the writ proceedings, if something substantial still survived for adjudication by this Court.
The writ proceedings stand closed and the writ petition stands disposed off.
