It is submitted by the learned counsel Mr. Rajneesh Gupta for the petitioner that the qualification of the petitioner has been shown as STC instead of B.Ed, in the final seniority list for the post of Teacher Grade-II. According to him, the petitioner had raised the objections against the provisional seniority list and the respondent No.4-the DEO had also vide the letter dated 01.12.2014 recommended to make necessary corrections in the final seniority list to the respondent No.3-The Deputy Director, Secondary Education, however the said recommendations have not been considered, as a result of which the persons junior to the petitioner has been shown senior to him.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel Mr. Gupta for the petitioner, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is directed that the respondent No.3 or the concerned competent authority shall take appropriate decisions on the letter dated 01.12.2014 (Annexure/ 6) of respondent No.4 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of. By this order, the stay application also stands disposed of.
