ORDER
By t h e Cou r t : -
1 . The petitioner has challenged the order dated 05.11.2014 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as “the Tribunal”) in appeal No.1475/ 2014, being aggrieved by the condition to the effect that the transfer order dated 27.10.2014 shall be implemented, if the petitioner is paid the T.A & D.A.
2 . Since the said order, is an interim order, and the petitioner has already availed of the alternative remedy by filing the appeal before the Tribunal, the present petition is not maintainable on that ground alone. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Tribunal for the removal of the said condition, and the Tribunal shall decide the appeal in accordance with law.
3 . In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed as being not maintainable. By this order, the stay application also stands dismissed.
