Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this criminal writ petition was filed at the stage when accused/s were not arrested. A prayer was made to transfer the investigation to CBI. Now the accused/s have been arrested, thus in the change circumstances, the only direction required to be given is for fair and proper investigation apart from it to be expedited.
I have considered the submissions aforesaid and find that main prayer made by the petitioner is not pressed in the change circumstances. The accused/s have already been arrested. It goes without saying that Investigating Officer would make fair and proper investigation, that too, expeditiously.
With the aforesaid, the present criminal writ petition is disposed of so as the stay application.
