Petitioner was convicted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahpura, Bhilwara for the offence under Sections 279, 337, 338 & 304-A of Indian Penal Code in criminal regular case No. 144/1995 vide judgment dated 26.03.2008 and sentenced as under:
279 IPC : Six months' simple imprisonment.
337 IPC : Six months' simple imprisonment.
338 IPC : One year's simple imprisonment.
