The matter comes upon an application for correction in the order dated 03.02.2014 passed in S.B. Criminal Suspension of Sentence Application No.93/2014 [Badri Lal Vs. State] wherein inadvertently name of co-accused Mohan @ Murli has been mentioned as “Mohan @ Munshi” and the name of “Ashok” has been mentioned in place of “Mohan @ Murli” whose sentence was suspended by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.
For the reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed and the name of co-accused be read as “Mohan @ Murli” instead of “Mohan @ Munshi” and “sentence of coaccused Mohan @ Murli has been suspended by the Coordinate Bench instead of co-accused Ashok.”
