र९ाथ�गण की ओर से यह दांिडक िनगरानी यािचका न्यायाधीश, पािरवािरक न्यायालय रढ़म-1, जयपुर �ारा पािरत िनणर्य िदनांक 4.5.2011 के िवरु� र९स्तुत की गयी है, िजसके �ारा र९ाथ�गण का र९ाथर्नापर७ िवरु� अर९ाथ� आंिशक रुप से स्वीकार िकया जाकर र९ािथया संख्या 1 रॿीमती सोहनीबाई की हद तक उसका भरण पोषण का र९ाथर्नापर७ अर९ाथ� बबलू लुहार के िवरु� अस्वीकार िकया गया जबिक र९ाथ� संख्या 2 सुिमत अवयस्क पुर७ का र९ाथर्नापर७ स्वीकार कर उसे अर९ाथ� बबलू लुहार से 1000/रुपये मािसक भरण पोषण रािश के रुप म� िदनांक 4.5.2011 से िदलाये जाने का आदेश िदया गया।
मैन� र९ाथ� के िव�ान अिधव्व ा को सुना। यािचका म� अंिकत तथ्य� एवं िबन्दु� का एवं आ्षेिपत आदेश िदनांक 4.5.2011 का ध्यानपूवर्क अवलोकन िकया।
म� न्यायाधीश, पािरवािरक न्यायालय रढ़म-1, जयपुर �ारा पािरत िनणर्य िदनांक 4.5.2011 म� ऐसी कोई िविधक र७ुिट नह� पाता हूं िजससे उ्व आदेश म� िकसी र९कार से हस्त्षेप िकया जावे।
अत: र९ाथ�गण की ओर से र९स्तुत यह दािण्डक िनगरानी यािचका िनरस्त की जाती है। िफर भी िस्थित म� पिरवतर्न होने पर र९ाथ�गण को अधीनस्थ न्यायालय के

सम्ष पुन: र९ाथर्नापर७ र९स्तुत करने की स्वतंर७ता र९दान की जाती है।
