र९ाथ�गण की ओर से यह दांिडक िविवध यािचका धारा 482 दण्ड र९िरढ़या संिहता के अन्तगर्त र९स्तुत की गयी है, िजसके माध्यम से पुिलस थाना रेल्वे कॉलोनी, कोटा िसटी पर पंजीब� र९थम सूचना िरपोटर् संख्या 11/2011 को अपास्त िकये जाने की र९ाथर्ना की गयी है।
र९करण को सुनवाई हेतु िलये जाने पर र९ाथ�गण की ओर से पैरवी हेतु कोई उपिस्थत नह� है।
मैन� िव�ान लोक अिभयोजक को सुना। यािचका म� अंिकत तथ्य� का ध्यानपूवर्क अवलोकन िकया।
म� र९ाथ�गण की ओर से र९स्तुत इस यािचका म� कोई बल नह� पाता हूं। अत: र९ाथ�गण की ओर से र९स्तुत यह दािण्डक िविवध यािचका िनरस्त की जाती है। िफर भी आवश्यक होने पर र९ाथ�गण को एक माह की अविध म� पुन: यािचका र९स्तुत करने की स्वतंर७ता र९दान की जाती है। यािचका के साथ संल्ि स्थगन र९ाथर्नापर७ भी िनरस्त िकया जाता है।
