It is stated that an FIR No.203/2014 was registered against the petitioner with Police Station – Vishwakarma, Jaipur North for offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, however, matter has been settled between the parties. The prayer is accordingly to quash the FIR on the basis of settlement between the parties.
Learned counsel for complainant has no objection to the prayer made in view of the settlement between the parties.
Considering the submissions of the parties, I find that

a settlement has been arrived at between the parties thus FIR
No.203/2014 is quashed and proceedings are dropped. With the aforesaid, criminal misc. petition stands allowed.
