Mr. Anupam Sharma, for the petitioner. Mr. Sudesh Saini, Public Prosecutor for the State. Mr. Satyendra Singh, S.P., Baran with Mr. Raju Lal, SHO, Police Station Chhabra, present in person.
By this criminal misc. petition, a prayer was made for investigation of the case by the Special Operation Group(SOG). It is stated that negative final report has already been submitted before the Court finding it to be a case of suicide.
In view of the fact given above, now the complainantpetitioner can submit a protest petition before the Court concerned on all the available grounds. The investigation cannot now be transferred having been completed, but the adverse final report would remain subject to outcome of the protest petition, if filed by the complainantpetitioner.
With the aforesaid, the misc. petition stands disposed of.
