By this criminal misc. petition, a challenge is made to the First Information Report (for short “FIR”) No. 194/2011 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B of IPC at Police Station JDA, Jaipur (Rajasthan).
After registration of FIR, settlement was arrived at between the parties. The complainant – Mr. Narayan Singh gave a letter to the Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch informing about settlement of the dispute between the parties. Accordingly, no investigation is required in pursuance to the FIR.
Learned counsel appearing for the complainant – Mr.Narayan Singh admitted about settlement of dispute between the parties.
