I have heard learned Public Prosecutor for the State, perused the contents of the petition, as also gone through the impugned order passed by the court below.
I do not think it just and proper to interfere with the impugned order, hence this petition is dismissed.
However, a liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition within a period of one month from today, if he so desires.
Stay application also stands dismissed.
