Learned counsel for the petitioner has requested to this
Court that this petition should be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition as and when he needs so.
Although learned PP has opposed the same.
The prayer of the counsel for the petitioner seems to be
genuine, hence ordered accordingly.
The Cr. Misc. Petition stands disposed of with the
aforesaid liberty.
