र९ाथ� की ओर से यह दांिडक िविवध यािचका अन्तगर्त धारा 482 दण्ड र९िरढ़या संिहता र९स्तुत की गयी है, िजसके माध्यम से पुिलस थाना बजाज नगर िजला जयपुर िसटी ईस्ट पर पंजीब� र९थम सूचना िरपोटर् संख्या 207/2014 को अपास्त िकये जाने की र९ाथर्ना की गयी है।
र९ाथ� के िव�ान विर� अिधव्व ा ने कथन िकया िक इस मामले के अनुसंधान अिधकारी, जो आज मय केस डायरी के न्यायालय के सम्ष उपिस्थत ह�, को िनष्प्ष अनुसंधान िकये जाने के िनद�श देते हुए र९गित की िरपोटर् संबंिधत दण्डनायक के सम्ष र९स्तुत िकये जाने का िनद�श िदया जावे तथा साथ ही यह भी िनद�श िदया जावे िक यिद र९ाथ� की मामले म� िगरफ्तारी की आवश्यकता हो तो वे र९ाथ� को िगरफ्तारी से पूवर् बीस िदवस की अविध का नोिटस र९दान कर�।
िव�ान लोक अिभयोजक एवं िव�ान अिधव्व ा पिरवादी ने इसका िवरोध िकया।
