Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the complainantpetitioner praying that a direction be given to the respondents to conduct fair and unbiased investigation in case arising out of FIR No.167/2013, registered at Police Station, Pratap Nagar, Distt. Jaipur for the offences punishable under Section 384, 458, 427, 504, 509, 323, 440, 355, 385 and 34 IPC.
After going through the contents of the petition, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer that in case investigation has not been concluded same be concluded and report of investigation alongwith opinion of the investigating officer be submitted in the Court of competent jurisdiction within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
