But looking to the above, it is a fit case to release the petitioners on bail.

Consequently, this second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed.

It is ordered that the accused-petitioners (1) Smt.Kanta W/o Shri Roshanlal and (2) Smt.Seema W/o Manoj Kumar in FIR No.106/2014 registered at Police Station Govindgarh, District Alwar shall be released on bail; provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- (one surety should be local in the case of petitioner-Smt.Seema) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
