ाथर् के िव्षान अिधव्व ा ्ऺाथर् की ओर से ्ऺ�तुत इस दांिडक िविवध जमानत ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ को वािपस लेने की अनुमित चाहते ह�। साथ ही ्ऺाथर्ना करते ह� िक िवचारण �यायालय को िवचारण की कायर्वाही दो माह की अविध म� िवचारण अविध म� पूणर् िकये जाने के िनद�श िदये जाव� एवं उ्व की कायर्वाही पूणर् नहीं होने की अव�था म� ्ऺाथर् को िवचारण �यायालय के सम्ष जमानत ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ ्ऺ�तुत करने की �वतं्ऴता ्ऺदान की जावे।
