ाथर् के िव्षान अिधवक् ता का कथन है िक ्ऺाथर् एवं अिभयोक ् ी अब िववाह करना चाहते ह�, अिभयोक ् ी की उ्ा 22 वषर् है, पहले अिभयोक ् ी ने िकसी पिरि�थितवश धारा 164 द�ड ्ऺि्वया संिहता के अ�तगर्त बयान दे िदये थे, िजसके आधार पर पुिलस मामले को सही मानते हुए ्ऺ ाथर् के िखलाफ आरोपप्ऴ पेश करना चाहती है जबिक वा�तिवकता यह है िक अिभयोक ् ी के साथ ्ऺाथर् ने कोई बला�कार नहीं िकया है, वे दोन� पित प�ी के �प म� रहते थे, आज भी पित प�ी के �प म� शादी करना चाहते ह�। वे पित प�ी के �प म� ही स�ब�ध रखते थे और अ�तत: शादी करना चाहते
