Reply to the contempt petition has been filed. Mr. Gauri Shankar, Addl. DEEO, OIC appearing for the respondentscontemnors submits that in terms of the order dated 30.04.2010, passed by this Court, the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Prabodhak was considered. It is submitted that the petitioner had applied for the post of Prabodhak as a general female category candidate and secured only 34.67% marks in the aggregate whereas the cut off marks in general female category in Karauli District, where the petitioner had applied, was 70%. Hence, she was not found eligible for appointment on the post of Prabodhak. Accordingly the petitioner's representation has been rejected by a speaking order dated 27.06.2012. A copy of the order dated 27.06.2012 is annexed to the reply to the contempt

petition as Annexure-R/1. Substantial compliance with the order dated 30.04.2010, passed by this Court having been made, no contempt as alleged in this petition is made out.

The petition is accordingly dismissed. Notices stand discharged.
